Prepare the Package
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
